How do I know what size to order?

Every product page lists the fit, the fabric and the weight in GSM, plus the model's height and the size they're wearing. The size guide explains how to measure a t-shirt you already own and compare it.

What does oversized actually mean here?

It means a wider body and a dropped shoulder, not simply a size up. If you want a normal fit in an oversized cut, order your usual size and expect it to sit loose. Going down a size gets you closer to a regular fit.

Are the fits unisex?

Yes. Everything is cut on one unisex block and listed in XS to XXL. The model note on each product tells you what height and size is pictured.

How long will it take?

Orders leave us within 2 working days and usually arrive 3–6 working days after that. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel is picked up.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Delivery is included in the price, so the price on the product page is what you pay.

Can I track my order without an account?

Yes. Use the tracking page with your order number and the email you ordered with. The confirmation email also carries a direct link.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Anywhere with a serviceable PIN code. We can't deliver to Army Post Office addresses, and we don't ship internationally yet.

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, on orders up to ₹10,000, with a small handling fee shown at checkout. Above that, please pay online.

Is GST extra?

No. Every price on the site includes GST, and your invoice breaks out how much of the total it was. The number at checkout is the number you pay.

Do you store my card?

Never. Payments run through Razorpay and card numbers never reach our servers. If you choose to save a card it is held in Razorpay's vault; we keep only a token that is useless anywhere else.

What's the return window?

7 days from delivery, for anything unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email us and we'll arrange a pickup.

How do I exchange for another size?

The fastest route is a return plus a fresh order, because sizes sell out while a parcel is in transit. Tell us when you start the return and we'll try to hold your size.

When do I get my money back?

Within 7 working days of the return reaching us, back to the method you paid with. For cash on delivery we'll ask for bank details, since there's nothing to reverse.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is a first-class path. An account only adds saved addresses, order history and a wishlist.

Why is there no password?

Accepted Answer

Because we'd rather not hold one. Signing in sends a six-digit code to your email, so there's no password to forget, reuse, or lose in a breach.

I ordered as a guest and then signed up — where are my orders?

They're already there. Signing in with the same email address you ordered with attaches those orders to your account automatically.
